2023 - Easter Egg Demolition Derby
VFW Post 1 and 9644 partnered for this amazing event. We had such a great turn out and a lot of fun had by all.
2023 - St Patty's Day Dinner
Penny and her crew went all out this year with the food and we had Irish dancers in. What a fun event.
2023 - Senior Lunch
Every year, we invite seniors from local nursing homes to our post and cook a nice dinner and play some bingo.
2022 - Adult Christmas Party
Our annual Christmas party for the adults is always a fun time of gift sharing and ugly sweaters.
2022 - Kids Christmas Party
Santa comes every year and gives gifts to our community children.
2022 - 75th Anniversary
The 75th Anniversary of our post was an exciting time and was attended by over 150 post members and friends/family.
2022 - Halloween
We had an adult and kid Halloween party at the same time this year. Tons of great costumes.
2022 - Gold Star Mothers and Family Day
We invited in a couple of gold star families for breakfast. We enjoyed their company!
2022 - Sheridan Celebrates
We partnered with the Boy Scout troop 42 and put together a float for the parade. We were right behind our VFW band.
2022 - 2nd Annual Car Show
Our 2nd Annual Car Show was a huge success. We had Broncos legend Randy Gradishar in attendance signing autographs and a bunch of beautiful vehicles.
2022 - Pig Fest
Our annual pig fest was a huge success and had a large turnout feasting on a tasty pig.
2022 - July 4th Party
We rang in the 4th of July at the post with a barbeque and a raffle.
